Program Structure
Age Range: 13–22
Program Cycle: September – June
Mentorship Model: One-to-one mentor matching
Group Meetings: Monthly themed workshops
Additional Activities: Educational trips and community events
New mentors and mentees are welcomed at the start of each cohort to ensure consistency and relationship-building.
